Hello, From what I can see, resources can only be assigned to projects by Admin users. Limited Admin profiles or Project Manager profiles cannot assign resources to projects. The User Workload Report allows you to see the number of assigned hours for each user. The report can display up to 20 work weeks. Two views are available for this report, which is located under "Admin -> User Workload".
