I have an issue with resources being able to charge time to a completed tasks (greyed-out). Is there a way to stop tasks from showing in the drop down list when charging time? I am running reports via Microsoft Access and it is causing hours to be dropped from my queries...Any help will be much appreciated...

One clarification.......I would like completed tasks to not show up when selecting tasks to charge time....
Thank you for the suggestion. This is a recurring request.
This was made possible to allow users who were late in filling in their time sheet to record time against the appropriate task... but this is something we will need to have a look at.
