How can I give each user different access rights like managing the project or adding, editing or deleting a task?

Access rights are given to users when they are assigned to projects. Only Administrators and Project Managers are allowed to edit project parameters and access rights. There are four types of access rights in a project: "Project Manager", "Time Approval", the "Edit Task Level, and "Can open this project".
