I cannot find any documentation on this seemingly automatically generated email report which shows up on random days. This report is not listed as one of the "10 occasions the system sends emails on" in the help for email notifications. How is it generated and is there any way to customize it? I'd like it to come out once a week with all overdue tasks listed, instead of just the most recent. Thank you!

A soon due and overdue task report is sent as an email to all users assigned to tasks (as assignee or reviewer) when that function is enabled at the account level. A few parameters will allow you to determine how far ahead of time and for how long your users are to be notified of such tasks as well as the reminder frequency. This feature is located under «Admin > Account Info > Edit Account».
